Installed on the rotor journal between two bearing housings, the intermediate oil baffle acts as the key component to balance oil-pressure difference. Equipped with a floating self-adaptive structure and multi-stage throttling passages, it dynamically diverts oil flow from the high-pressure side and buffers pressure on the low-pressure side, offsetting pressure difference step-by-step and preventing cross-flow of lubricating oil.
