Product Overview
The turbine rotor wheel (turbine disk) is a core rotating component of steam turbines. Turbine blades are mounted on the wheel rim. During operation, it bears huge centrifugal force, alternating thermal stress, steam impact and vibration loads, directly determining the safety, efficiency and service life of the whole unit.
We provide full customized manufacturing services for turbine disks suitable for large thermal power turbines, medium & small industrial turbines, waste heat turbines, back-pressure turbines and condensing turbines.
