Our bespoke gear type gaskets are precision-engineered sealing components specially designed for steam turbine barring gear assemblies, gearboxes, rotor flange joints, cylinder split surfaces and high-temperature transmission gear mating faces.

Also known as tooth serrated metal gaskets, gear profile sealing washers, they adopt unique concentric gear-tooth convex structure to deliver ultra-reliable sealing under high temperature, high steam pressure, frequent thermal expansion & vibration working conditions of thermal power, waste heat & industrial steam turbines.

Multi-Line Compression Sealing Performance

The continuous concentric gear tooth ridges form multiple independent sealing loops after bolt tightening. Even under turbine thermal cycling, slight flange deformation or minor surface scratches, the gear teeth can closely fit the metal contact surface to block steam leakage, far outperforming flat metal gaskets and ordinary spiral wound gaskets.
