Custom-Built 1000MW Steam Turbine Gland Sealing Rings
Our custom-manufactured gland sealing rings are critical sealing components for 1000 MW ultra-supercritical large-capacity thermal power steam turbines. Installed between rotating rotors and stationary diaphragms or turbine casings, they adopt labyrinth tooth structure to limit steam leakage across shaft and diaphragm gaps. By cutting steam bypass loss, they effectively improve turbine stage efficiency, reduce unit heat-rate, suppress steam-excited rotor vibration, and ensure safe, stable and economical operation for 1000 MW power-generating units.
We deliver fully tailor-made sealing rings for 1000 MW ultra-supercritical turbine units. Based on cylinder location, extreme temperature-pressure working conditions, rotor shaft diameter, design radial clearance and installation dimensions, we complete material grade selection, sealing-tooth profile optimization, segment-structure design and high-precision machining.     CNC precision machining for sealing tooth tips and mating mounting surfaces. Professional stress-relieving heat-treatment reduces internal stress, greatly lowering warping and distortion risks caused by frequent temperature cycling.

    Each sealing ring is subject to dimensional inspection, tooth-profile detection, hardness testing and full-range non-destructive testing (NDT), complying with thermal power equipment industry standards.
