Product Overview

The steam chamber cover (inlet steam chamber cover) is a critical pressure-bearing stationary component of steam turbines. It is installed on the steam chamber and bears high temperature, high pressure steam load, thermal alternating stress and pipeline reaction force. It ensures reliable sealing of the main steam inlet chamber, prevents steam leakage, and maintains stable airflow distribution inside the turbine.

We provide fully customized manufacturing services of steam chamber covers for large thermal power turbines, industrial small & medium turbines, waste heat turbines, back-pressure turbines and condensing turbines. Products include integral cast steam chamber covers and split combination covers. We produce strictly in accordance with customer drawings and power industry standards, supporting new unit manufacturing and overhaul replacement. Stellite hardfacing is available for sealing surfaces on request.
