Product Overview

Steam turbine valve seats are core sealing components for main stop valves, regulating valves, extraction valves, and bypass valves in steam turbines. They form precise sealing pairs with valve plugs to cut off or regulate high-temperature, high-pressure steam flow. Under frequent opening-closing cycles, valve seats must resist steam erosion, particle scouring, thermal fatigue, and pressure impact to guarantee tight shut-off and stable valve performance.

We provide fully customized turbine valve seats manufactured according to customer drawings, technical specifications, and actual operating conditions. Our offerings include integral valve seats, surfacing hardfaced valve seats, and combined-type valve seats. Using precision forging or casting plus CNC finishing, combined with professional hard surfacing technology, our valve seats achieve high surface hardness, excellent wear resistance, and erosion resistance, significantly extending service life for power plant and industrial turbine equipment.
