Our custom steam turbine oil seals (oil sealing rings) are key sealing components for steam turbine bearing chambers, bearing housings and shaft systems. Adopting high-strength bronze/copper alloy raw materials, they are fully customized according to unit parameters, shaft size and drawing requirements, widely matched with supercritical, ultra-supercritical thermal power units and industrial steam turbines.
The product forms a tiny uniform clearance with the rotating shaft to block lubricating oil leakage, prevent steam and dust from entering the bearing chamber, stabilize oil pressure and oil level, reduce oil consumption, and protect bearing and rotor service life under long-term continuous operation.
