1. Product Overview

The slag cooler is a core auxiliary equipment specially designed for circulating fluidized bed boilers, thermal power plants, chemical plants and metallurgical industries. It is applied to continuously cool high-temperature boiler slag (up to 1100℃) to below 100℃, realizing automatic slag discharging, waste heat recovery, closed dust suppression and resource recycling of slag.

We provide drum type water-cooled slag cooler and air-cooled slag cooler two mainstream models, adapting to different water resource conditions and on-site layout demands, featuring stable continuous operation, low energy consumption and minimal maintenance.

2. Working Principle

High-temperature slag enters the rotating drum from the feeding inlet. Through combined heat transfer of conduction, convection and radiation between the double-layer drum, internal spiral heat exchange fins and cooling medium (circulating water or forced air), the slag is cooled evenly while being pushed forward slowly. The whole process operates in a fully sealed structure, avoiding dust leakage and splash; the recovered waste heat can be recycled into the boiler system to improve overall energy efficiency.
