Stage I: Supplemental Water End

Based on water quality characteristics, we comprehensively utilize high-efficiency filtration equipment and sodium ion exchange equipment to reduce supplemental water's turbidity, colloid content, hardness, and other impurities.

We employ chemical agents, biological agents, intelligent precision dosing, efficient by-filtration, and softening to strictly control scaling and corrosion tendencies in heat exchange equipment including condensers and cooling towers.

Using pretreatment + TUF tube type ultrafiltration + RO technology, 80% of recycled water effluent can be reused. For further recycling rate improvement, STRO and other technologies can be applied to significantly reduce pollution discharge. This remaining pollution can be processed internally within production, achieving zero external discharge.
