Core Structural & Material Advantages
Premium Body & Disc Material

Valve body adopts high-strength ductile iron QT450-10, cast steel WCB, or stainless steel. The streamlined butterfly disc is integrally cast with optimized fluid design, effectively avoiding water flow flutter and deformation under high velocity.

The whole body is treated with epoxy anti-corrosion coating, resisting erosion from clean water, sediment-laden water, and seawater, adapting to long-term outdoor and underground harsh working environments.

Reliable Sealing System

Optional soft seal (EPDM/NBR rubber) and metal hard seal solutions: soft seal achieves zero leakage (ANSI Class VI) for conventional hydropower systems; metal hard seal suits high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions, with wear resistance and long service life.

Eccentric structure reduces friction between seal and seat ring, lowering opening/closing torque and extending sealing lifespan.
