Custom Steam Turbine Coupling
Our customized steam turbine couplings are key transmission assemblies for turbine main steam valves, governing valves and actuator systems. Made of high-temperature resistant alloy steel through integral forging and multi-axis CNC precision machining, all couplings are tailor-made according to customer drawings, unit parameters and on-site assembly requirements.
As a connecting component between valve stem and lifting mechanism, the coupling converts actuator thrust into stable linear movement to control valve opening and closing. Its symmetrical cross sliding structure ensures uniform force distribution, effectively avoiding jamming, abnormal wear and transmission failure under long-term high-temperature steam and alternating load conditions, securing stable operation of turbine units.
