Custom High Temperature Flange Bolts for Steam Turbine
Our turbine flange bolts are critical fasteners designed for high-pressure cylinder flanges, main steam pipeline flanges, and valve body connections of thermal power units. Custom-made from high-temperature alloy steel such as 25Cr2MoVA, 42CrMo, F91, and F92, these bolts withstand long-term high temperature, high pressure, and alternating loads without loosening or creep deformation.

Comprehensive testing including raw material spectrum analysis, mechanical tensile testing, ultrasonic flaw detection for forging defects, and full dimension inspection. Complete MTC and inspection reports provided for power plant acceptance.
